If for any reason you wish to return your order, you may return it to us within 28 days for a refund.

Due to the individual personalisation of these products,  materials and administration costs and the fact that they cannot be re-used, there will be a restocking fee of up to 20% deducted from the refund.

Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend that you use tracked postage for any returns as we cannot be responsible for any items returned that are lost in the post.

Once we've received your order back to our offices we will issue a refund (minus the restocking fee) within 3-5 working days. You will receive an email once your refund has been processed.

In the unlikely event that the product is faulty or contains a mistake that we have made, then please contact us to arrange a replacement or refund.
